The Sponsorship Program is intended for students from families with modest incomes who will be selected based on the criteria and investigations carried out by our teams and then sponsored by one of our donors.
The sponsors may or may not serve as mentors for the sponsored students (80% of our recruitment)

The selection of students is carried out by the UPYA teams based on their academic performance, leadership potential, and personal drive
The selection of mentors is also conducted by the UPYA teams, and they are chosen based on their domain of expertise and the mentee's aspirations
The matching process is based on the mentor's professional background and the mentee's career interests without gender distinction.
Our Center offers a range of hands-on workshops, contests and competitions, led by experienced professionals in the STEM fields. From coding and robotics to physics and chemistry. Students will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and win exciting prizes
